for creative founders, their teams and solopreneurs

You didn’t start your business to live in your inbox.

I help you become AI native, so the week goes back to the work only you can do and love.

What three recent builds were worth
0a week handed back to one founder. 80% of his inbox now answers itself.
0of a coach’s leads came from one channel. It booked zero calls in 18 months, and nothing he owned could show it.
0of a studio’s member base was unreachable. The rest now carries a churn score and a named reason.
the problem

You’re operating at a fraction of your true capacity.

When you started scaling, nobody handed you a plan for the operations. The business grew, and so did the pile of work that has nothing to do with why you started it.

The work you’re best at takes a fraction of your week. The rest is execution a system can carry.

A TYPICAL WEEK

AI is coming for the 80% that was never creative in the first place.

If you’re the founder

You rebuild the same revenue figure by hand every time someone asks how the month is going.

If you’re the one selling

Every call ends in a follow-up email, a proposal rebuilt from the last one, and a CRM field you update twice.

If you run the creative side

Exporting the same asset in 6 sizes, chasing the numbers for it, then writing a recap nobody opens.

The capacity is already in your business. It’s just buried.

why most AI projects fail

95% of AI pilots never reach production.

5 in 100

make it into production, according to an MIT study. New tools arrive every week and most get used out of FOMO, before anyone asks whether they fit the business.

01

The workflow never changed

The tool gets dropped into a rigid process instead of the process being redesigned around it.

02

Nobody owns it

No business owner, no coordination across teams, no plan for the people whose work it supports.

03

The data is dirty

Tested on clean, isolated data. It fails on the fragmented systems it has to read and write in production.

You can’t lay AI on top of broken workflows.

what most companies do
Buy the tool→ Fit it to the written SOP→ Pilot dies 95%
what works
Map how the work really runs→ Redesign the workflow→ Then automate Ships

AI moves faster than any team can keep up with alone. The leading AI companies know it, which is why they now work with the major consulting firms to support AI adoption inside corporates.

That gap is where I work. Acting as your AI transformation partner, supporting your AI adoption journey, at the size of your business.

the diagnostic

5 steps,
from first conversation to roadmap.

1

Set expectations, book the meetings

I agree with you what this is for and what success looks like, then book the conversations and send the survey.

You get alignment on the goal, and what people won’t say in a meeting.
2

Run the interviews

Recorded conversations with every key role. What you are responsible for, then how you actually do it, workarounds included.

You get an honest picture of how work moves, told by the people doing it.
3

Identify the opportunities

Where time is lost, where work is repeated, where people wait on information they should already have. A solo founder finds 5 or 6. A company finds dozens.

You get a documented list, each item traceable to a real conversation.
4

Prioritise them

Each one tested on value, feasibility, return and risk. I start with what can be in your hands in 4 to 6 weeks.

You get a ranked, costed, risk-assessed list.
5

Present your roadmap

What I found, what it means, what I recommend. Plus working proof of concepts, demoed live in your own business.

You get the roadmap, and proof before you commit to anything larger.

How long it takes

week 0alignment and booking
weeks 1–3interviews and survey
weeks 4–6first proof of concept
week 6roadmap presented

What happens after

Build

I build the systems end to end, connected to your real tools and your real data, phased in against the priority order from step 4.

Hand over

I train your team on what they now own, and document everything.

Maintain

Optional. I keep improving the systems on a retainer, or you run them yourself.

Every number comes from the client’s own data, before and after.

who I am

10+ years across consulting, tech,
and lately creative work.

Vi Dang Vu

I’m Vi. I started in management consulting at PwC, helping large multinationals improve their cash visibility and treasury management.

A lifelong fascination with technology pulled me into Web3, drawn by its values of freedom, decentralization and transparency. There I led ops and strategic projects across DeFi, NFT and infrastructure, including Polkadot.

Then I founded a wellness business in Portugal, before moving into creative work with music and movement.

Today I’m focused on AI. It lets one person do what once took a team of 7, but only when the structures and systems are in place and aligned with your business priorities.

That’s what I build.

your next step

Let’s find your bottleneck.

The discovery call is free and takes 15 minutes. During this time, we assess whether an audit would find anything worth fixing, and what running one would involve.
